Responsibilities:

1. Develop a three-tier risk control system:

o Risk identification during project due diligence

o Risk assessment for investment decision meetings

o Post-investment risk early warning mechanisms

2. Establish specialized risk assessment models for mineral and gas projects, including:

o Environmental compliance reviews

o Hedging strategies for commodity price volatility

3. Regularly produce industry risk white papers to forecast and warn of policy changes.

Requirements:

• Background in Law or Financial Engineering with over 8 years of risk management experience in the energy sector.

• Expertise in ESG evaluation systems, having led risk assessments for ≥2 national-level clean energy projects.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, including the Mineral Resources Law and the Renewable Energy Law.
