Responsibilities:

1. Lead the full lifecycle management of projects in the gas, photovoltaic (PV), and wind energy sectors, including:

o Preparing due diligence reports

o Building financial models

o Designing transaction structures

2. Monitor operational metrics of invested projects and submit regular post-investment management reports.

3. Expand relationships with local governments and industry partners to establish a robust pipeline of renewable energy projects (target: ≥3 high-quality projects per year).

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Energy Economics, or related fields; CFA/CPA certification is a plus.

• At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy project investment, with familiarity in renewable subsidies and policies.

• Proficient in Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) calculations and experienced with specialized tools such as HOMER, PVSyst, etc.
